Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Customized or altered embroidered blouses are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged items, subject to availability.
