Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Customized or altered embroidered blouses are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or damaged items, subject to availability.
